Leading Together,
Soaring Together
The Central Otago Principals Group is a collaborative network dedicated to enhancing educational leadership and student outcomes. We are committed to providing a supportive environment for principals to share knowledge, develop skills, and address the unique challenges of leading schools in our region.
Across Central Otago, from Maniatoto in the east to Glenorchy in the west, from Millers Flat in the south, to Makarora in the north, we support 27 schools and their educational leaders.
Through professional learning opportunities, collaborative initiatives, and shared leadership, we strive to create thriving learning communities for all.
Using the New Zealand falcon/kārearea (a local bird that is frequently seen in Central Otago) in an upwards flight position with the wings spread open, creates a striking dynamic motif, like a warm embrace, caring for teachers, students and their whānau.
